This morning I was discussing a book with a
Facebook friend of mine. He had an issue with the book’s ending and was
constantly rambling about the different endings the author could have opted for.
I told him that the published ending was the ending the author chose for the story and we had
to analyze the story in the context of the ending that there is in the book. But he was adamant. Later
I wondered even while introspecting our own lives we comfortably denounce what there is in our life and seek the ever eluding
what-could-have been.
